Any legal action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this invoice shall be brought solely in the State or Federal courts located in Texas, and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect parts ordered by the customer. Our responsibility and liability are limited to the parts explicitly mentioned and specified on the invoice.
