Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Parts shipped as per customer request to the provided shipping address at the time of order placement.
• Orders typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days without restrictions. Shipping service provider delays are beyond sender’s liability.
• Delivery address requirements:
  • Should have unloading equipment and a delivery dock for smooth delivery.
• Additional charges may apply:
  • $150 for residential area delivery if the shipping address is residential.
  • $75 for liftgate delivery if no liftgate is available at the address.
  • Above charges will be charged to the buyer if applicable
• Delivery to inaccessible areas:
  • Not sender’s liability; pick up at carrier terminal required.
  • Redelivery charges applicable as per carrier rates for each attempt.
