Return Refund Policy

Return Policy:

All returns must have prior return authorization

  • No returns accepted on:
    • Wiring harness, modules, body parts, electrical, and electronic parts.
    • Interchange parts.
  • To return an unwanted part:
    • Obtain a return authorization by informing us.
  • Verify manufacturer’s interchange option with the dealer before returning.
  • Deductions upon return:
    • 25% restocking fee.
    • Shipping fee.
    • 4% payment processing fee.
    • Applicable for parts wrongly ordered, not required, or not accepting replacement.
    • All return shipment charges are buyer’s liability without limitations.

 

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds granted without:
    • Certified ASE Mechanic’s installation report.
    • Diagnostic report.
    •  
  • No refunds on:
    • Damaged or improperly installed parts by the buyer.
    • Disassembled, altered, or missing parts.
    • Special body cuts, frame sections, or specialty ordered parts.
    • Unauthorized returns.
    • Damaged parts returned after accepting or signing the delivery note.
  • No refund if the buyer refuses to accept verified direct fit interchangeable parts.
  • Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund initiation:
    • Approval may take 24 to 48 hours.
    • Refund process begins after receiving the returned part.

 

 

Wrong Part:

  • Report wrong parts within two days of delivery via email to support@vowautoparts.us Vow will replace the damaged part and a refund will be applicable only when there is no replacement part available.

Damaged Parts:

  • Report damaged parts within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged part and package without tampering.
  • Eligible for replacement only.
  • Damage claims invalid if the part is received in person; inspect before acceptance.
  • Reject damaged parts if found upon delivery.
  • Provide photos of all sides of packaging, including tracking number labels, if goods are damaged in transit.
  • Provide photos of actual damage to goods.
  • Unloading or delivery damages is not the sender’s liability.
  • Check shipment condition before acceptance; shipping damage claims after acceptance are not acceptable.
